“We decided to put a new roof on our house. So we had a roofing party! The job of removing a cedar shake roof & putting on a new shingle roof was a lot more than we anticipated. We had a crew of 7 men working hard over the course of a weekend but were unable to complete the job. We soon learned that finding a roofing company to come in & complete the job was not an easy task. I placed numerous calls to different roofing companies but no one was interested in completing a job that we had started. Dan at Adanac Roofing was the only one who came to the house to give us a quote & was at our house just 1/2 hour after making the call to his office. Dan gave us a reasonable quote & made changes to his busy schedule to have a crew at our house within a couple of days to get the shingles on our now exposed roof. The crew was great completing the job within a week. We did end up with some gutter damage. But Dan offered us a deal on replacing the gutters on the whole house. The gutter crew was excellent and was done within a couple of hours. In hindsight we should have hired Adanac to do our roof & gutters saving us a lot of heartache & body aches! “I found adanac gutters at the home show and was interested in having them come out and install new gutters on a old home. they had great speedy estimates and offered a great price to remove and install new black gutters and down pipes. The installation went as planned and they installed them on a rainy day which I thought was great. However the gutter corners are now leaking and it has not even been a year. I have contacted the company and they still have not come out to look at or repair the leaking corners. I have paid them in full and hope that they would repair their leaking corners which they said they never get leaking corners because they have a special way of doing corners unlike most other gutter companies. Though there was a miscommunication they have now come out and checked the gutters and repaired all corners for leaks and provided great follow up service.”

“I have to get my fascia and soffits replaced and the guy who did it did not do a good job. The fascia were at an angle and the corner joints were out. When the guys at Adanac came and pointed that out to me, I told them to do the best they could to install the gutters on it. I must really tell you the guys both Ryan and Dan were GREAT. They fixed up the fascia for me, put 3″ screw into the fascia and did their best to make the gutters look good. I can tell that they are very particular about their workmanship and quality of their work. They just really respect what they do. “Job was done fast – it took less than 1 week from seen the estimator to the final touches. Speed of work is excellent – 10/10. Quality of work is good – I would give them 9/10. 9 because I saw a couple of nails exposed and not covered by shingles. A couple nails for a large roof is OK to me. But still – a couple, not 0. Overall impression – 7/10. Why? They left lots of nails in our front yard and backyard grass. My daughter was bear feet and stepped on one nail. I phoned the office about it and the owner arrived in less than 30 minutes with huge magnet and picked up all the nails. He was very apologetic and tried the best to smooth out the accident, offering my daughter gift certificate to a local restaurant. Later the estimator/supervisor came and did the final inspection. All looked OK to him. But when I climbed the roof myself I found another half a dozen old nails right on the roof. Would I recommend them? Yes!”

“We first met Dan Marr and his son at the home show where we stopped at their booth to chat about getting a quote to redo our roof. Two things impressed us at this early stage. 1) They obviously fully understood the venting needed on our roof; where others had stumbled or been very vague. 2) They gave us a close estimate right on the spot using some type of Google Earth app. When we decided on Adanac and started working out the details they were easy to deal with, efficient, and knew their business inside and out. When they said they would start at a certain time they did. They worked quickly and cleanly. Both my neighbours whose yards were impacted and who were very fussy about their plants commented on how tidy they were and that not a single plant in their garden, that was virtually right under my steep roof, was damaged. Even on the one day it rained they did work that would not put the house at risk. They cleaned up every day as they went along so the place looked reasonable when they left over night. The cleanup at the end was perfect. Their bid was not the lowest of the 7 we got but it was very reasonable and the quality of work and products supplied simply exceptional. Trisha Olson who organized the gutters did and equally superb job of communicating and being patient as we decided colour. We were also very impressed with how the owner of the company kept in touch throughout the job and that they used a good sized crew to get the job done quickly. I found Warde to be extremely helpful and although I had just dropped by he was willing to spend all the time necessary to explain his product and services. I left his offices with a quote, and it was the quotation that we finally accepted. In the weeks afterwards while we were waiting for the weather to improve, I was able to contact him whenever I needed to get questions answered. Saul Fuentes and his crew turned up one Saturday morning at 7.30am and by 5.30pm that day had stripped off the old roof and had installed 90% of the new one. The next day they were able to complete the installation. All the garbage was removed the following day. Saul and his crew were organized and efficient, and I was impressed with their ability to complete in such a short time. On inspection of the work done, the quality of the work was excellent. Saul was friendly and helpful and kept me apprised of his progress. I would definitely recommend their services to anybody in need of a new low-pitch roof. “
